Vibrant Women’s Health and Gynecology is a direct gynecology care practice dedicated to providing thoughtful, comprehensive care for women, with a special focus on perimenopause and menopause. I also proudly offer full-spectrum general gynecologic care, including preventive visits, routine screenings, and management of common gynecologic concerns.
I created this practice in response to a healthcare system that often doesn’t allow enough time for meaningful conversation—especially during the complex hormonal transitions of midlife. Perimenopause and menopause can affect every aspect of your health, and you deserve care that is thorough, personalized, and unhurried.
By operating outside of the traditional insurance-based model, I answer only to my patients, and not insurance companies. I am able to prioritize quality over volume. This direct care approach removes many of the limitations imposed by insurance, allowing for longer appointments, flexible follow-up, and treatment plans guided by medical evidence and your individual goals.
If you’ve ever left a GYN visit feeling dismissed, rushed, or unheard, you’re not alone. The average OBGYN has 2000-2500 patients; a direct care GYN averages 600-800 patients. At Vibrant Gynecology, patients can get in for an appointment when they need it, with appointments that are meaningful and at your own pace. Vibrant Gynecology is here to give women the time, answers, and expertise they deserve.
